Out of the Sun is a new musical based on Bram Stoker’s classic novel, Dracula, debuting at Barrow Town Hall this January.

The show follows the story of the sinister Count Dracula, his victims, and the brave few who dare to stand against him. This adaptation breathes new life into the iconic novel, exploring how those in positions of power exert their control over others and how the disempowered can begin to fight back.

Out of the Sun began as a passion project for local writer and composer Samuel Southern. Now, with the hard work of a talented group of performers, the show is finally ready to become a reality here at the Town Hall.

Prepare for a tale of love, loss, humour, and horror as you spend an evening with us out of the sun.
